Mapping our clients’ complex unconscious social maps.
Why is helping to resolve some of our clients’ social issues so challenging? Foremost when several actors, generations, loyalties, loved ones, hated others and introjections are colliding in their problematic experience. How can that be made easier?
Exploring the inner world of the client and his unconscious social representations can be made tangible with the help of The Social Panorama model, developed in 1994 by Dr. Lucas Derks. It is all based on the realization that humans unconsciously create, from early childhood onwards, 3-d representations (personifications) of people all in relation to themselves in the center. In this landscape of unconscious social imagery peoples’ social lives are given shape, including the relation to themselves and concepts like authority, love or friendship. Spatial factors, like the exact location or size of personifications are crucial for the quality of these relationships.
Mapping unconscious social maps can help us analyze and diagnose unconscious patterns or even deep rooted social personal traits. With the help of the Social Panorama even the most complex problems like splitted self, bi-locations, possession, deep limiting social beliefs, grief and many more can be analysed and also brought to a resolution.
Studying the 3-D structure that governs our social lives is revealing much about the hidden world within yourself. Lumi will use a case study to bring this to life.
Lumi Raz is an Nlp and Social Panorama trainer from Israel, master trainer in Mindfulness, organizer of Applications in Mental Space Online International Conference April 29-30, 2021, organizer of NLP Online International Conference, June 1-2, 2021, developer of LOOMS online 3-D therapy software, founder of Mental Space Mindfulness, founder of Raz Institute, ambassador for Society for Mental Space Psychology in Israel, ambassador of In-Me in Israel.
NLP so far has built its epistemic structures around Modelling and Outcome orientation amongst other elements. The approach has been anthropocentric – human-centered. This presentation is a way forward to include the more-than-human world we live in and evolve NLP back to its roots in the Living System. Based on Batesonian ideas, this presentation will hopefully provoke you to rethink how we do NLP. The format of the presentation is reflection/discussion and symmathesy (mutual learning).

How NLP helped psychology to a new paradigm: Mental Space Psychology
In NLP and also in many places outside of NLP spatial interventions are a common thing. But there are not that many people recognizing these “spatial interventions,” because many professionals tend to see them as pretty obvious, and disregard the fact that all their “miracle effects” stem from space being the operating system of the mind: space is the medium of thought. All that is happening in the mind goes on somewhere in the mental space of the person, making in fact nearly all interventions “spatial”. In other words, the core of mental activity takes place in the space in and around the person and psychotherapy or coaching that is effective, must largely thank that to also have a spatial effect. It is the brain that produces all of that. The brain is a camera and a projector that nearly at the same time capture and recreate what is perceived at the same location where that happened. That is why neuroscience that limits its scope to what is happening inside the skull misses out the spatial projections that make up most of what we call thinking. When one state, that, all experience happens in the mental space of the person this brings us back to NLP. Since NLP has put subjective experience on it’s forefront. Thus logically, space was always included in what NLP-ers do (time-lines, identity grid, spatial anchoring, perceptual positions). Now in this lecture we will argue that space is the primary organizing principle in the mind. By focussing on this aspect, all manner of coaching and therapy becomes more effective. And it makes a model like the social panorama and mental spatial psychological diagnosis possible. In brief, the future of NLP-like work lies in space.
Lucas Derks Ph.D encountered NLP in 1977 during his academic schooling to become a social psychologist.
From 1986 he became a full-time NLP-trainer. He has been developing The Social Panorama Model from 1994 and Mental Space Psychology since 2010.
The search for the connection of NLP-like psychological practice and academic psychology has been the backbone of his career.
His training work brought him to all continents (apart from Antartica).

The COMPAS Model for Strategic Decision Making
The path to mastery is rarely easy. Whenever we face a great challenge, one of life’s most complex questions arises.
“Should I keep on trying or should I change my approach, should I apply consistency or flexibility?”
The COMPAS Model was created from years of modeling and research in an attempt to answer that question exactly. Today the model helps hundreds of people to anticipate, avoid, and deal with both practical difficulties as well as psychological biases.
Learning the 6 six phases of the COMPAS Model in this Online workshop will allow you to:
Gal Tzhayek is the founder of Results Academy, where over 15,000 people learn NLP every year. He is a NLP Master Practitioner, a Certified NLP Trainer and an entrepreneur. He uses NLP in his clinical practice, when he mentors business owners and uses self developed NLP Based tools to run his multiple companies. Gal is one of the most popular personal development speakers in the region, and is devoted to empowering people to achieve results they never thought were possible and living a life of happiness and purpose.
Robert Dilts has a global reputation as a developer, author, coach, trainer and consultant in the fields of Neuro-Linguistic Programing (NLP) and Success Factor Modeling (SFM) and is co-founder of NLP University in Santa Cruz, California. He is also co-founder (with Dr. Stephen Gilligan) of the International Association for Generative Change (IAGC).
Robert worked closely with NLP co-founders John Grinder and Richard Bandler at the time of its creation and also studied personally with Milton H. Erickson, M.D., and Gregory Bateson. Robert pioneered the applications of NLP to education, creativity, health, leadership, belief systems and the development of what has become known as “Third Generation NLP”.
Robert has authored more than twenty-five books on a variety of topics relating to personal and professional development including Changing Belief Systems with NLP, Tools of the Spirit, From Coach to Awakener, NLP II: The Next Generation, Sleight of Mouth and The Hero’s Journey: A Voyage of Self Discovery (with Dr. Stephen Gilligan).
Mental Health & Awareness for Infants & Toddlers
The first 4 years of Childhood are very important and critical for their mental, emotional and physical growth and can influence the life we lead as adults and are holding most of the beliefs and challenges we face while growing up.
Attachment for babies and toddlers has a huge impact on their mental, physical and emotional development. How can the 4th generation of nlp applications boost their sensory genius? What’s the undoubtable benefit of the Principles of Non Directive Ericksonian Play and how we can establish Generative Rapport ? In this 90min presentation with Marianna Antonakaki, the founder of NowLetsPlay® we will explore the magic to connect with children and the child within.
Understanding today’s Learning Differences
Historically the term was learning difficulties and in the last 5 years their strengths and superpowers have been at last recognized, to change the title to learning differences or neurodiversity. The principles of NLP have enabled Empowering Learning to help people understand where these differences come from and how we can all help these children and adults excel.
Olive Hickmott is a Forensic Health and Learning Coach. A reformed Dyslexic and ADHDer she created Empowering Learning to enable highly creative, imaginative, neurodivergent students to learn in the most effective way for them, that is typically through their strengths of mental imagery. She is the architect of the New Perspectives series of personal development books and author of The Elephants in the classroom, Bridges to Success, Seeing Spells Achieving, You too can ‘do’ Health, Recover your energy, How to Reduce the Impact of Dementia, Back from the Brink…twice
Using Symbols, Metaphors and Archetypes with Kids and Teens
One of the central goals working with kids and teens with NLP is to provide young clients with tools that in the present time allow them to overcome a specific challenge and that can be added to their own toolbox for future challenges. To embed and personalize these tools, the course method first leads young clients to create a metaphor for their own inner world and afterwards to experience inside transformative NLP tools adapted for children and teenagers.
All children and teenagers have their own preferences and tastes. Throughout the years, while putting this structure into practice, it became very clear to us that children and teenagers who ground themselves on subjects and metaphors in their imagination – which they generate based on their preferences and tastes – are more motivated throughout the change process and attain their goals faster.
In therapeutic terms, the generation of a metaphor based on the children’s or teenagers’ preferences leads them to give a shape and color to their own emotional world, generating a working environment that allows for the legitimation of different emotions, as well as to take an active role in their transformation as a basis for the desired change.
In this presentation we’ll offer the way how to lead children and teenagers to work with symbols, metaphors and archetypes combined with NLP tools.
A co-author of Neuro-Linguistic Programming Vol. I (1980), with Robert Dilts, John Grinder and Richard Bandler, Judith was involved in the creation of the fundamental NLP technique of Reframing. A student of Milton Erickson, Judith modeled his tracking strategy for creating and utilizing trance states and metaphors. This work is described in Patterns of the Hypnotic Techniques of Milton H. Erickson, M.D. Vol. II (1976), which she co-authored with John Grinder and Richard Bandler.
In the book Turtles All the Way Down: Prerequisites to Personal Genius (1987), which she co-authored with John Grinder, Judith explored the interrelationships between NLP and the threads of culture, community, art, aesthetics and epistemology. The result of this work was the creation of NLP New Coding, which stimulated a movement toward a more systemic and relational approach to NLP, and a resurgence of interest in the work of Gregory Bateson. In addition to the development of Perceptual Positions, which have become one of the fundamental distinctions of NLP, Judith’s contributions to NLP New Coding include Attention Training and the relationship between conscious and unconscious processes.

“Spiritual NLP” has become something of a buzzword. Yet typically, methods intended for spiritual transformation are built on the same models / assumptions that apply to the behavioral level.
Through her own journey of healing and awakening, Connirae Andreas has discovered a new model of Spiritual NLP that makes a deeper level of transformation possible.
In developing the Wholeness Work, Connirae brings NLP-precision to the intention of “dissolving the ego,” which has long been acknowledged as a key to spiritual awakening or enlightenment.
Those who regularly practice the Wholeness Work typically report their experience of transformation becoming easier, deeper, and feeling more “natural,” compared to other NLP methods. Our experience indicates to us that the results of Wholeness Work simply aren’t possible using classical NLP models alone.
Benefits include:
While remarkably effective in transforming specific “problems,” such as insomnia, relationship issues, and difficult emotions, the greatest benefits come from using the full system of Wholeness Work as a life path of transformation – or “awakening.”

4 Elements Systemic Coaching
This 1,5 hours workshop is an invitation to discover new pathways, as well as to explore really old ones, in the movement of the physical self and its connection to health on a physical, psychological and spiritual level. Your body contains the potential and the way to experience the connection to the Self and the World. Not only is it unnecessary to transcend and ‘subdue’ it in order to ‘find’ spirituality and peace, but the Body is the medium, the instrument, the space and the way to embody these states of consciousness. How the Mind works with the Body to create connection with the Higher Self. You will learn some tools for the 4 elements systemic coaching to :

Corporate Education often calls for a diagnosis to get to effective designs for learning tracks for developing competencies. An NLP approach allows translating “diagnosis” to “mapping”, where we can elicit the organization’s map of itself and evaluate if the map there is currently operating serves its purposes well.

Axes of change
If you are a change agent, then having a clear understanding of what change is and how it works is essential. The Axes of Change is a model for generative change based on four meta-programs. With each meta-program you will be able to manage one of the four mechanisms of change— motivation, decision, creation, and integration. This model will enable you to know where you are with a client or group and what to do next in facilitating change.
The focus is primarily on generative change even though it can be used for therapeutic change. It is for clients who want to unleash potentials and achieve new possibilities. The model allows you to diagnose where a person or group is and how to work the two loops of change, the preparing for change which gets a person ready and implementing the change. The first loop eliminates the problem of resistance and the second loop the problem of relapse. Overall, The Axes of Change enable you to learn to think and work with change systemically. Based on the book, Coaching Change (2004/ 2015)

Core Transformation takes us on a healing inner journey where our limitations become the doorway to powerful states of being such as “peace” “love” or “oneness.” In these core states of being, our limitations transform and melt away, and even deeply-entrenched problems often unravel and dissolve. I’ve used this process more than any other in my private practice, both because of the depth of change it brings, and because of how easily it can be applied to transform any feeling, behavior, or thought a client doesn’t like! It also makes for a profound spiritual daily or weekly self-practice. I will introduce the basic format of Core Transformation, lead a group experience of the first part of the process, do a demonstration with a volunteer from the group, answer any questions, and provide a thorough script for guiding yourself or others through this profound experience.
