On a personal note – My goal is to develop and promote the issue of health and addictions in Israel and all over the world.

This subject is close to my heart, and I feel a strong calling, just like in “The Hero’s Journey”.

In my past, I experienced several periods of great stress and crisis, as a result of which I developed various autoimmune diseases.

In recent years I developed a unique model that allows people to take several actions in advance, enabling them to overcome the crisis and prevent the emergence of an autoimmune disease.

I believe that just as I went through the journey so can others.

I believe this is the right time to produce this important conference, despite all the challenges and uncertainty.

Preventing and building resilience to autoimmune diseases

Description:

From my own experience, coping with autoimmune diseases is enormously challenging and takes a huge toll on the person and their family at different levels: physically, emotionally, mentally and financially.

In response to various triggers, the immune system may begin producing antibodies that instead of fighting infections, attack the body’s own tissues. The treatment for autoimmune diseases generally focuses on reducing immune system activity.

But what if we could help prevent those autoimmune diseases, from the first place?

Modern approach is focusing on treating, but very little on prevention.

When it comes to health, prevention is better than cure.

Join me in a 90 minutes interactive workshop to learn how to identify triggers, learn practical simple steps anyone can do to maintain and improve their health, help prevent and build resilience to autoimmune diseases.

You will receive a printable workbook in English that will help you actively participate in the workshop and guide you on establishing a method easy to use and implement daily, weekly, monthly and yearly.

I hope you will use these materials for yourself as well as with others, achieve and maintain proper health and live longer, healthier lives.

Guy Massad

Active listening to harness the natural-internal healing power

Description:

The human body works accurately and everything happens naturally, without the person having to guide the body’s organs and manage the processes consciously. There is ancient wisdom in the body, which is the result of a long-lasting evolution, that allows all this to occur.  What if the diseases and pain are part of that infinite wisdom and have a very clear purpose?

In this workshop Guy Massad, NLP Master Practitioner who combines the NLP processes with the approach of Dr. Nader Butto will demonstrate the latest knowledge that exists today in the field of the relationship between body and mind:  The effect of specific emotional conflicts on specific pain and diseases. He will offer a reframing for an approach that says autoimmune diseases and allergies are associated with incorrect identification of the immune system, how to harness all this knowledge to a targeted NLP process for pain reduction, recovery from diseases, and creating a targeted therapeutic map for the clients.

Guy Massad has recovered from allergy and asthma thanks to NLP processes and sees this field as his mission and destiny.  He has been working with NLP for over 10 years, and for the past 9 years has focused on NLP processes dealing with recovery and health.  Thanks to the experience and intensity of his personal processes, he chose to help people harness their inner healing power in dealing with pain and disease, all through various emotional processes, with NLP being the main tool he uses. Guy volunteers as part of a nonprofit association that helps cancer patients and their families.

Lilianna Kupaj

Therapy through writing

Description:

Therapy through writing is a universal therapeutic method, confirmed by research.   The opportunity to tell about stressful and sad events is a vital element of the therapeutic process. Keeping information or emotions a secret, requires great physical effort from each individual. It is a conscious act of suppressing or blocking thoughts and emotions, which in turn can contribute to biological changes and have a long-term adverse effect on the general health condition. Moreover, keeping secrets hidden “internally” cripples the ability to think and increases tension. On the other hand, revealing the secret and “letting it out”, substantially diminishes its adverse effect. It also forces an individual to reflect back and to look at life events anew.

The owner of the Coaching School Lilianna Kupaj, president of the board and founder of the Foundation for Conscious Development of Education. Author, trainer, coach, mentor, academic lecturer. Coach Master Trainer ICI, Trainer Transforming Communication ™. She initiated in Poland the trend of educational coaching and she prepared the first teachers – coaches, using coaching competencies in their work. Since 2012, he has been publishing coaching books. She is the author and co-author of six books on coaching and development, as well as coaching tools SENS. Co-author of scientific articles in the field of coaching, education and motivation.

Dr. Lisa de Rijk

Trauma Treatment in Practice

Description:

Clients presenting with trauma have frequently experienced the revolving door of therapies not working, or only working for some of their symptoms or just for a short period of time. Therapists often feel that they can only get so far with supporting their clients with PTSD and then help their client come to terms with and live with the lasting symptoms of trauma.   Yet trauma and a PTSD legacy to trauma is not complicated.

PTSD and trauma reactions are rooted in two core neurological processes: neurological paralysis, and the hijacking of the central nervous system. By understanding how the brain and neurological processes are reacting and fine tuning your therapeutic skills, you can help your clients heal their trauma.

This workshop covers:

  • DSM 5 and the underpinnings of trauma
  • Psychosocial factors
  • Trauma with a little T
  • Keeping traumatised clients safe
  • Managing Clusters of traumas
  • Clinically sound PTSD treatments

Dr. Lisa de Rijk is an experienced Coach, Facilitator, Change Agent, Trainer, Supervisor and Mentor. Lisa is Registered Nurse, accredited by the UK Council for Psychotherapy as a neurolinguistic psychotherapist, has a PhD in Psychology and is a Master Trainer of NLP  As a psychotherapist, Lisa has served as both Chair and Vice Chair of the UKCP, working closely with the Government on the statutory regulation of psychology, psychotherapy and counselling and has long been a proponent of the effectiveness of brief therapy.

Prof. Dr. Christian Hanisch

emotionSync®: Solving Dysfunctional Cognitions
by Reversing Pavlovian Conditioning

Description:

Pavlovian conditioning establishes stimulus-response connections. The neural basis is provided by Hebbian learning; an almost forgotten dispute in psychology asks whether this is a gradual build-up of the strength of a connection of an all-or none-learning.

In this 90 minutes lecture, emotionSync®, is introduced and described: it is neurophysiologically based and founded on over exciting existing dysfunctional connections.
emotionSync® can involve different representational systems.
The auditory system is investigated, as lots of dysfunctional cognitions rely on auditory representations.
emotionSync® (clapSync) improves the negative emotional valence of dysfunctional cognitions, both when tested with an one-dimensional scale and when tested with a validated more-dimensional standard test.

Prof. (UCN) Dr. Christian Hanisch is head of the experienced institute: European Business Ecademy and he specializes in NLPsych, NLP Health, Conflicts, Education, Business, Executive and Burnout.

Addictions, Compulsions & Identity

Description:

Systemic NLP Researcher Todd Epstein has developed a Cure Process for Addictions and Compulsions, working on ‘addicted’ Identity. The Speaker has been using this Process with people for over 20 years, with the expected result: the person ceasing to be an addict and having choices – using the example of drinking =  social drinking or not drinking anymore!

In this Lecture she will demonstrate this vision, as well as give some tips on the subject, within the Systemic NLP Field:

  • We consider as Addiction not only the best known, such as alcoholism or drug and cigarette use, but also for food, television, internet or even the “have to have someone close” addiction.
  •  Knowing how to identify when it’s an addiction or a compulsion
  • All work is done with the intention of leaving the identity of the person balanced and aligned, as a consequence, the person no longer needs to have any kind of addiction.

Deborah Epelman is a Psychologist formed in 1983 and started to learn NLP in 1984, working with human behavior and development for over 30 years. Discovering the CAUSE of addiction
Description:

Addiction can be briefly described as “one’s urge to do something that is hard to control or stop” or “an inability to stop using a substance or engaging in a behavior even though it is causing psychological and physical harm”.

In the modern world the addictions are even more various and common.

With the help of psychotherapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or 12 steps group therapy one can address thought and behavior patterns that contribute to addictions.

With NLP we can make changes on all logical levels (Logical levels of learning and change was initially formulated as a mechanism by Gregory Bateson, based on the work of British philosopher and mathematician Bertrand Russell and adapted by Robert Dilts).

But what is the CAUSE of the addiction?

People with addictive behaviour are often looking to minimize pain and maximize pleasure.

This raises the question: What is so painful to the addict that will keep him/her doing this destructive addictive behaviour, at the cost of self psychological and physical harm?

Join my lecture to learn 2 different approaches on how to find the cause of the addictions and address it from the deepest level, from its roots, as well as learn from a case study I will happily present.

Dr. Lucas Derks

Changing the identity of “The Addict” in the social panorama
Description:

One of the greater challenges as an NLP-er working with addiction, especially with alcoholism, are your own limiting beliefs and values. For instance, I myself was convinced that NLP-psychotherapy must be superior over any drug treatment in effectiveness.
Only after meeting David Sinclair in 1990 at the conference in Amsterdam organized by the William James Foundation (not in existence anymore) I learned that Naloxone, and two similar drugs, were effective to reduce drinking-behaviour to normal/healthy levels in about 70% of alcoholics treated. Sceptics of all sorts have witnessed how this Sinclair Method was gaining ground, to become a recognized treatment in many countries. However, the power structures in the alcoholism-treatment field, made it hard for addicts to just buy such an inexpensive drug that is also good for self administration. See on this also an interview with David Sinclair I made in 2006 on youtube https://youtu.be/kxdPJy6F4Xg Or watch “One Little Pill” trailer: https://vimeo.com/102255328
Scepticism is also a hurdle I encountered in getting a method across called “identity change”. This is a psychotherapeutic fully NLP-based step by step procedure, to help addicts to free themselves from a corrupting self image as being “the addict” (smoker, alcoholic, obese). And such a change may support any type of behavioural effect.
To NLP-ers this method holds an understandable logic. However the “self image work” from the social panorama is new for many practitioners.
In this workshop Lucas will go through the steps. Maybe a demonstration is possible.
Just as with the Sinclair Method for treating alcoholism, the identity change is also based on a precise mechanical understanding of the underlying processes. One must be able to believe that when you understand the principles and have the (NLP) tools, you can forget about a lot of moral, philosophical, societal ideas of “impossibility” “responsibility” and “guilt” and just follow the science. In this case of the mental space view of psychology.

Lucas Derks Ph.D. encountered NLP in 1977 during his academic schooling to become a social psychologist. From 1986 he became a full-time NLP trainer. He has been developing The Social Panorama Model from 1994 and Mental Space Psychology since 2010. The search for the connection of NLP-like psychological practice and academic psychology has been the backbone of his career. His training work brought him to all continents (apart from Antarctica).

“Just move!” The exit door to liberation from addictions and depressions in young adults

Description:
After 10 years of practice as a systemic and NLP psychotherapist, I have regularly cared for young adults suffering from depression, either caused or fueled by addictions (cannabis, games, alcohol). As not practicing normative therapy, it seemed to me that it was of little use to overwhelm these young people with a long accompaniment where the only solution are medical drugs. Gradually, using NLP and hypnosis, I came to the conclusion that a body that doesn’t move is a heart and a head that get paralyzed. I developed a protocol through movement, “Just move! “. In the beginning it was a bit of a bet, but over time I’ve ended up setting certain principles that are the key to its success. Young adults walk into my office limp and aimless and come out with their heads held high and spirited! Of course, “Just Move! ” model is just the start of a process, many other models enrich it, but as one could say it in french “sans mouvement, pas de changement !”
I was born in Lisbon and my childhood and youth were spent in 3 continents: Europe, Africa and South America. After studying social sciences (Rio de Janeiro) and then philosophy at the Sorbonne (Paris), I’ve oriented my professional life towards human support, particularly in systemic therapy, NLP and hypnosis. Today I work as a psychotherapist and coach in my private office and coordinate an NLP and Hypnosis training program and team in Brussels, Belgium. I am also a certifying trainer at the Coaching Academy and at the Scholar coaching program, and have been a coach’s supervisor for the last 10 years.

IoPT Identity oriented Psychotrauma Therapy and Theory – a new way to encounter your healthy self
Description:

Identity oriented PsychoTrauma Therapy, IoPT is based on the theories and practice  developed by Dr. Professor Franz Ruppert over the past 30 years.

Psychotrauma, or a psychological trauma, an event that a person is unable to deal with,  affects the whole human being. IoPT is focused on recovering from the effects of  psychological trauma.

In psychology, the psyche is the totality of the human mind, conscious and unconscious.
It enables us to access reality, both inside and outside of our bodies. Ruppert believes  the Psyche is the key to understanding what makes people function and behave in their own  particular way.

When the fight or flight response is no longer available, instead we freeze and fragment,  the Psyche split into survival and traumatised parts.

As an adult, we may have many triggers that result from our childhood traumas. These  triggers can be opportunities to understand that we suffer from a trauma.

The Intention Method is an unique exploration of the psyche, which demonstrates that we  can re-integrate our fragmented parts into a healthy self.

By means of resonance technique and the intention method, profound emotional  solutions for the resulting conflicts can be discovered.

The Presentation has two parts:

Part I – Presentation of the Theory and the Method

  • What is Psychotrauma?
  • What is Identity?
  • How does the human psyche cope with psychodrama?
  • Introducing the Intention Method
  • The Resonance Technique

Part II – Live Demonstration on personal issues (Attending Part I – is highly recommended)

  • When to use IoPT?
  • How does it work?
  • The Benefits

Wassili Zafiris

Depression and Zest for Life coaching with NLP
Description:

Despite the fact that you might not directly link “depression” and “coaching”, Wassili Zafiris has indeed linked them to each other. Wassili has been researching depression and zest for life for over 14 years. He has developed a coaching method to work with depression as a coach using NLP tools he developed.  The method and the philosophy behind it are described in the book Happiness is Depressing. Wassili remodeled depression because he wanted to understand how someone can get depressed. And what, in essence, should happen to “shine light in the darkness” again.  He developed a method that has been tested with hundreds of clients. Everyone, from “chronic dissatisfaction” to prolonged depressive and gloomy thoughts can benefit from this approach. In this presentation you will gain a broader understanding about depression, what the causes are and how you could intervene.

Wassili Zafiris (1964) is NLP master trainer, coach, author, researcher, public speaker. He has 25 years of experience in the fields of personal and organizational change. Wassili was the mental coach of the Dutch Women’s Volleyball team. In 2017 he received a fellowship from the International Institute of Organizational Psychological Medicine. Wassili has written several books. In Happiness is Depressing (2019) he describes his ground-breaking coaching method of transforming depression into Zest for life. He co-authored the twice nominated book Meaningful Profit* (Best Business book 2011, Best Management book 2012) about personal leadership and resilience. In 2008 he co-authored Appetite* about the mindset of the best chef cooks worldwide. Wassili is a Faculty member of the Global School for Entrepreneurship and Innovation. He teaches ‘Leadership’ at Nyenrode Business University. He is a past board member of the Dutch ICF and ambassador for the Society of Mental Space Psychology. *Translated from Dutch

Learning about subpersonality through the Internal Family System Method as a path to freedom from addiction
Description:

The word “Addiction” comes from the Latin addictus. In Ancient Rome it was translated as a state of incapacity, a loss of freedom. Today, the IFS method provides us with information about the human psychological sphere and tells us how to break free.   Richard Schwarz’s method, IFS  deals with the subconscious. It says that we are made up of subpersonalities that live within us and form our world map. They are like little people who have fears or desires and also emotions and specific beliefs.  The IFS has one answer to what an addiction is . It is our defender or fireman that protects us from the painful trauma we experienced as children. At that time we did not have the resources to defend ourselves from this pain, so our subconscious hid this experience deep down so that we would never suffer again.

Today you will learn :

  • What is the IFS method?
  • How to recognise your parts and how to talk to them?
  • How to gain the trust of the protecting parts so that they do not integrate with the exile?
  • If the type of addiction affects the healing process
  • What to do to make the change permanent?

In my daily work I gain inspiration from  Nonviolent Communication by M.Rosenberg and Internal Family System by Richard Schwartz. These methods allow a deep insight into oneself and self-understanding of one’s needs, fears and beliefs. I also take care of health and development regarding the body, soul and mind – As a Music Therapist I use a Music In-depth Cellular Therapy. A session with tuning forks aims at full health recovery and peace of mind. It may also be an introduction into IFS therapy. As a coach and trainer I conduct training courses, personal development workshops, and individual sessions.

TESTIMONIALS

״We all know NLP is known world-wide for producing patterns of thinking and performing which are very useful and practical and which can be implemented in a fun and an experimental way so we get the best response in the individual circumstances we find ourselves in. Lumi Raz produced a wonderful Online International NLP conference this year, (2021), so not only could current NLP trainers share what they are working on, but people from all around the world could judge for themselves whether NLP was useful or not. It was a pleasure to be a part of her conference and I can only say a huge thank you and well done to Lumi.”
